Ms. Rosenberg and Ms. Mato's class of 2016-2017 decided they wanted to spread awareness of mindfulness. They created and filmed a music video to the tune of Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off" with rewritten lyrics describing mindfulness. They hope you enjoy!
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is noticing and being aware of your thoughts, body, and surroundings without judgement. Mindfulness helps you manage your emotions and can help you calm down when you are stressed or angry. Mindfulness can also help you stay grounded in the present moment so you don't miss anything that is happening in your life.
